What are my options as an Epic Australia Pass holder this 2020 season?
  • While terrain and lifts are limited during the early season ramp up, guests with a 2020 Epic Australia Pass, 2019-20 Epic Pass or 2019-20 Epic Military Pass will be required to make a reservation to access the resorts. Reservations will be required from opening day until 12 July, or as soon as weather and available terrain and lifts permit. Pass holder reservations for this period can be made here, following final pass payment. From 13 July, or as soon as we are able to open adequate terrain and lifts, pass holders will enjoy their season pass access without the need of a reservation at Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham.

  • After the 05 July refund deadline, the 2020 Epic Australia Pass is non-refundable except as provided for under Epic Coverage and under Australian Consumer Law. All guests will receive a refund of any Pass Refund Protection and Skitube add-ons purchased for the 2020 season.
What is Epic Coverage?

Epic Coverage, which is free for all pass holders, replaces Pass Refund Protection and provides refunds associated with certain personal events, including illness, job loss, and injury. It also expands coverage to provide refunds to guests for certain resort closures, including COVID-19. Find out more.

I have chosen to buy an Epic Australia Pass for the 2020 Season, can I come to the resort at any time?
  • Guests with a 2020 Epic Australia Pass, 2019-20 Epic Pass or 2019-20 Epic Military Pass will be required to make a reservation to access the resorts from opening day to 12 July to enable us to carefully manage resort capacity and physical distancing while terrain and lifts are limited in the early season.

  • 2020 Epic Australia Pass, 2019-20 Epic Pass and 2019-20 Epic Military Pass holders will be advised shortly of the timing and process for pass access reservations for the period 6 to 12 July

  • Reservations can only be made after the final pass payment is made.

  • From 13 July, Epic Australia Pass holders can access Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham without reservation.

Why do I need to make a reservation as an Epic Australia Pass holder prior to 13 July? How do I book?

While terrain is limited in the early season, guests with a 2020 Epic Australia Pass, 2019-20 Epic Pass or 2019-20 Epic Military Pass will be required to make a reservation to access the resorts. Reservations will be required from opening day until 12 July, or as soon as weather and available terrain permits. Pass holder reservations for this period can be made from 23 June after the final pass payment is made. Details on how to reserve your days will be shared shortly.

What changes have been made to Epic Australia Pass Benefits in 2020?

Epic Australia Pass benefits will no longer include Bring-A-Mate tickets, as we strive to manage capacity in the most effective way. Additionally, the Epic Australia Pass Skitube Season Pass add-on will no longer be offered as the Skitube will operate at reduced capacity to allow for physical distancing. There will also be some scheduling changes to First Tracks. A full list of updated benefits are here.

What allocation of lift access will be available for Epic Australia Pass holders early in the season?

Availability of lift tickets and pass holder reservations from resort opening to 12 July will be carefully managed to provide access to both groups, ensuring a designated level of access for pass holders. 

What is Epic Coverage?

What if I have already purchased Pass Refund protection?

We have introduced free Epic Coverage for all 2020 Epic Australia Pass holders. All guests who had previously paid for Pass Refund Protection will receive a refund for their Pass Refund Protection purchase.

What if I have purchased Skitube with my 2020 Epic Australia Pass?

All guests will receive a refund for a Skitube add-on purchased for the 2020 season.

What if I’m over the age of 70, will there be a season pass offering for me?

Yes, the over 70's pass is now on sale and will be able to get unlimited access to Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham from 13 July.
