What payment options are available for my 2027 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

• $49 upfront
  • Payment using credit card
  • Remaining balance scheduled for automatic payment to the credit card nominated in the week commencing Monday 3 May 2027
  • If you wish to utilise PayPal Pay in 4* for your final remaining balance payment, you must action this through your Epic Australia Pass account with the first payment commencing prior to the 3 May 2027 due date.

I paid $49 upfront, when do I pay the rest?

The final balance payment will be automatically charged in the week commencing Monday 3 May 2027 to the credit card on file. The $49 upfront payment, as well as the balance, is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable. 

If you wish to utilise PayPal Pay in 4* for your final remaining balance payment, you must action this through your Epic Australia Pass account with the first payment commencing prior to the 3 May 2027 due date.

I paid $49 upfront, can I cancel my purchase if I change my mind?

No, by paying the initial upfront payment of $49 you acknowledge that you understand you are committing to complete your purchase of the 2027 the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass.

$49 UPFRONT AGREEMENT
According to the Terms and Conditions of the 2027 Epic Australia Pass, by paying the initial payment of $49 you acknowledge that you understand you are committing to buy the Epic Australia Pass for the 2027 Australian winter season, and that the credit card you provide is authorised for payment of the remaining balance of your purchase in the week commencing Monday 3 May 2027.

Except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage Terms), the Epic Australia Pass is a non-cancellable, non-refundable purchase. The Epic Australia Pass is personal to you (and all payments made to purchase it) cannot be transferred or deferred to a future season.

Can I make partial payments toward my 2027 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

You have the option to complete your final balance payment before the 3 May 2027 due date with PayPal Pay in 4 by following these steps:

• Click here to sign in
• Select 'Purchases and Payment Plans' and then 'Payment Plans'
• Click on 'View Order Details'
• Click on the 'Select to Pay' circle on the right of the page and then select 'Go to Checkout'
• In Step 5 of the checkout process, select 'PayPal Pay in 4' as your payment method

Can I transfer my Pass purchase to someone else or decide who to assign it to later?

No. Passes must be assigned to a specific Pass holder at the time of purchase. They cannot be transferred or shared following purchase.

Pass Collection

How do I collect my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

Epic Australia 4-Day Pass lift access will be loaded directly to your online account, and accessed in 2027 using your existing Mountain Access Card/s.

If you select a new Mountain Access Card with your Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchase, a QR code will be loaded to your account and can be located by signing in here and selecting ‘Mountain Access Cards'. Simply scan your QR Code at one of our pickup machines in resort and your card(s) will be printed. For more information on machine locations, please click here.

Pass Holder Access

What Resort lift access do I get with the 2027 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

With the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass you get 4 flexible days of lift access at these Australian resorts in the 2027 winter season:

• Perisher
• Falls Creek
• Hotham

When purchasing, you can choose whether your 4 days include or exclude these Peak Dates:

• 3 – 18 July 2027
• 7 and 14 August 2027

If you choose “NO” to exclude Peak Dates, your Pass will not work on those dates.

Please Note: Your Pass includes 4 calendar days of lift access. Whether it’s a full day of riding or a quick afternoon lap – if you scan your Pass at the lifts, that counts as 1 of your 4 days. 

Are there any peak restricted access dates for the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

Yes. New for 2027, the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass has the option to include or exclude Peak Dates at the time of purchase.

If you choose “NO” during purchase to exclude Peak Dates, your Pass will not work on these days:

• 3 – 18 July 2027
• 7 and 14 August 2027

If you choose “YES” during purchase to include Peak Dates, your Pass will work any 4 days throughout the 2027 winter season.

Do the 4 days need to be consecutive, or can I use them whenever I want throughout the season?

The 4 flexible days of lift access included with the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass can be used at any time within the 2027 Australian winter season at Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham. Ski or ride 4 days in a row or spread the days out, the choice is yours!

Do I have to use the 4 days all at the same resort?

No. You are able to use your 4 days all at the same resort or explore each of our 3 Resorts on different days - the choice is yours! You will not be required to notify us of which resort or resorts you plan to visit and when, to ensure that you have the ultimate flexibility in making your travel plans in 2027.

Is there a discount on Lift Tickets once I’ve used all days on my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

Epic Australia 4-Day Pass holders will have access to the 7-day advance purchase rate for Lift Tickets at any time during the 2027 Australian winter season, including when purchased on the same day as the lift access is required.

Can I add Skitube to my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchase?

Yes. Already secured your 2027 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass and want to purchase the Skitube Add On? Please contact the Epic Australia Pass team here for more information and a link to complete your purchase.

The Skitube Add-On for Epic Australia 4-Day Pass will provide you with 4 days of Skitube access in the 2027 winter season, with 1 return trip between Bullocks Flat and Perisher Valley on each of those 4 days. The 4 days of Skitube access would not need to be used on the same days that you plan to use the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass lift access and can be used on any 4 days of your choice in the 2027 winter season. 

If I buy the 2026 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass, do I get lift access now?

No. This Pass does not include the remainder of the 2026 Australian winter season.

The 2027 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass includes the 2027 Australian snow season (June - October 2027).

Benefits are for the personal use of the Pass holder and cannot be used to purchase products for friends and family:

  • Hotham: First Tracks from 7.30am on selected lifts every Wednesday to Sunday during the season.

• Free access to 4 nights of Night Skiing**:

• • Perisher: Select Tuesdays and Saturdays through July, August and early September.
  • Falls Creek: Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the season on Wombats Ramble, Australia’s longest green run.
  • Hotham: Wednesday and Saturdays throughout the season.

Note: The Epic Australia 4-Day Pass does not include the Bring A Mate benefit.

**When night skiing is operating it is included for free on the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass if you have already skied or boarded that day. Otherwise, night skiing still counts as one of the 4 combined days of lift access if you haven’t used a lift earlier that day.

Can I use my benefits and discounts for other people?

No. Epic Australia 4-Day Pass benefits and discounts are available only for Pass holders and not for non-Pass holder family and friends. When you assign a product during the online purchase process, the system will recognise if that person has an eligible Pass and will automatically apply the discount.

Epic Coverage

What is Epic Coverage?

Epic Coverage is included with every 2027 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass and helps you explore the mountains you love with more peace of mind. Under Epic Coverage, you may be eligible to receive a full or prorated refund of your 2027 Epic Australia Pass for certain qualifying Personal Refund Events including, job loss and injury. Refunds are subject to eligibility and are based on your Epic Coverage elections and the Epic Coverage Terms and Conditions.
