- What payment options are available for my 2027 Epic Australia Pass?

- I paid $49 upfront, when do I pay the rest?

The final balance payment will be automatically charged in the week commencing Monday 3 May 2027 to the credit card on file. The $49 upfront payment, as well as the balance, is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you wish to utilise PayPal Pay in 4* for your final remaining balance payment, you must action this through your Epic Australia Pass account with the first payment commencing prior to the 3 May 2027 due date.

No, by paying the initial upfront payment of $49 you acknowledge that you understand you are committing to complete your purchase of the 2027 the Epic Australia Pass.
$49 UPFRONT AGREEMENT
According to the Terms and Conditions of the 2026 Epic Australia Pass, by paying the initial payment of $49 you acknowledge that you understand you are committing to buy the Epic Australia Pass for the 2027 Australian winter season and the 2027/28 Northern Hemisphere winter season, and that the credit card you provide is authorised for payment of the remaining balance of your purchase in the week commencing Monday 3 May 2027.Except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage Terms), the Epic Australia Pass is a non-cancellable, non-refundable purchase. The Epic Australia Pass is personal to you (and all payments made to purchase it) cannot be transferred or deferred to a future season.
- If I buy the 2027 Epic Australia Pass, do I get lift access now?

No. This Pass does not include the remainder of the 2026 Australian winter season or in the 2026/27 Northern Hemisphere winter season (November 2026 - April 2027).
The 2027 Epic Australia Pass includes the 2027 Australian snow season (June - October 2027) followed by the 2027/28 Northern Hemisphere winter season (November 2027 - April 2028).

Pass Collection
- How do I collect my 2027 Epic Australia Pass?

All Epic Australia Pass lift access has been loaded directly into your online account once final balance payment is complete, and can be accessed in 2027 using your existing Mountain Access Card(s).
If you selected a new Mountain Access Card with your Epic Australia Pass purchase, a QR code has been loaded into your account and can be located on your order confirmation email or by signing in here and selecting Mountain Access Cards'. Simply scan your QR Code at one of our ticket pick up machines in resort and your card(s) will be printed. For more information on collection points, please click here.

- What Resort lift access do I get with the 2027 Epic Australia Pass?

With your 2027 Epic Australia Pass you will enjoy unlimited and unrestricted lift access in Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham for the 2027 season, followed by access to world class resorts across North America, Japan and Europe for the 2027/28 Northern Hemisphere season (starting November/December 2027).

- What are the North American Restricted Peak Dates for the 2027/28 season?

Lift access is restricted during the below periods at the following North American resorts: Whistler Blackcomb, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood and Stowe.

- What are the European Restricted Peak Dates for the 2027/28 season?

Restricted Peak Dates will apply at Verbier 4 Vallées during the 2027/28 Northern Hemisphere season. Specific dates to be confirmed and published at a later date.

Lessons & Rentals
Epic Australia Pass discounts for lessons and rentals are automatically applied to Pass holder purchases when completing your purchase online following these steps:
- Select the resort that you are purchasing for: Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham
- Sign in to your account at the top right-hand side of the page
- Add products to your shopping cart
- Complete your purchase
Your discount will display on the Payment Detail & Purchase page under View Order Summary. This will show the full product total, the Epic Australia Pass benefit, and the amount due - this is at the same step where you are required to enter your payment details.
Food & Beverage and Retail Discounts
Pass holder discounts for Food & Beverage and Retail purchases are available in resort at participating outlets in Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham. To apply your discount, simply present your Mountain Access Card at a point of sale.
Epic Coverage
- What is Epic Coverage?

Epic Coverage is included with every 2027 Epic Australia Pass and helps you explore the mountains you love with more peace of mind. Under Epic Coverage, you may be eligible to receive a full or prorated refund of your 2027 Epic Australia Pass for certain qualifying Personal Refund Events including, job loss and injury. Refunds are subject to eligibility and are based on your Epic Coverage elections and the Epic Coverage Australia Terms.
Pass Types
- My child is under 4, how do I secure a free Infant Epic Australia Pass?

Children aged 1-4 years as at 12 June 2027 are eligible for a free Infant Epic Australia Pass.
The Infant Epic Australia Pass must be secured early through the Epic Australia Pass online shop whilst the Pass is still available online.
Note:
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate, passport or immunisation record is required to confirm eligibility; this will be requested via email following purchase.
- You will be required to purchase a Mountain Access Card with the Infant Epic Australia Pass, to enable access through the RFID gates at each lift.
- Infants must be able to approach lifts unassisted.
- What Season Pass options do I have as a Senior?

- Senior Epic Australia Pass
- Available to guests aged 65 and over as at 12 June 2027.
- Includes lift access in the 2027 Australian snow season (June – October 2027) followed by the 2027/28 Northern Hemisphere snow season (November/December 2027 – April/May 2028).
- Over 70’s Season Pass
- Available to guests aged 70 and over.
- Includes unlimited lift access in Perisher, Falls Creek & Hotham in the 2027 Australian winter season.
- Does not include Pass holder discounts, Epic Coverage, or Northern Hemisphere lift access.
- Senior Epic Australia Pass
- Is there an Australian Epic Military Pass option?

Although there is no Epic Australia Military Pass, guests can purchase the Epic Military Pass which is on sale through the North American Epic Pass website.
