- What payment options are available for my 2026 Epic Australia Pass?

- The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the nominated card in the week commencing Monday 4 May 2026
- If you would prefer to use PayPal Pay in 4* for the final balance, you will need to set this up in your Epic Australia Pass account before 4 May 2026.

Note: Except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law and in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage - Australia Terms) the $49 upfront payment, as well as the balance, is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
- I paid $49 upfront; can I cancel my purchase if I change my mind?

No. By paying the initial upfront payment of $49, you acknowledge your understanding that you are committing to complete your purchase of the 2026 Epic Australia Pass.
$49 UPFRONT AGREEMENT
By paying your initial payment for your Pass, you understand and acknowledge that you are committing to buy and complete payment (in full) for the Pass for the 2026 Australian Season and, for the Epic Australia Pass and the Epic Australia Adaptive Pass only, the 2026-2027 Northern Hemisphere season. You understand and acknowledge that when purchasing the Pass with an initial payment, (i) you are committing to, and are obliged to, make payment of the remaining balance when due and (ii) agree and you represent that the debit or credit card you provide will be authorised and remain authorised for payment of the remaining balance of your purchase on or about 4 May 2026 or a later date as communicated by us.
The Epic Australia Pass, the Epic Australia Adaptive Pass and the Epic Australia Day Passes are non-cancellable, non-refundable products, except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law and in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage - Australia Terms). Use of a Pass or payment for a Pass cannot be transferred to another person or deferred to a future season.
- Can I make partial payments toward my 2026 Epic Australia Pass?

You have the option to complete your final balance payment before the 4 May 2026 due date with PayPal Pay in 4 by following these steps:
- Click here to sign in
- Select 'Purchases and Payment Plans' and then 'Payment Plans'
- Click on 'View Order Details'
- Click on the 'Select to Pay' circle on the right of the page and then select 'Go to Checkout'
- In Step 5 of the checkout process, select 'PayPal Pay in 4' as your payment method

- Will I receive a new Mountain Access Card with my 2026 Epic Australia Pass purchase?

Your 2026 Epic Australia Pass lift access will be automatically loaded to your online account once final balance payment is complete, and available for use starting with the 2026 Australian winter season using your existing Mountain Access Card(s).
If you selected a new Mountain Access Card with your 2026 Epic Australia Pass purchase, a QR Code will be loaded to your account and can be located by signing in here and selecting ‘Mountain Access Cards’. Simply scan your QR code at one of our pickup machines in resort in 2026 and your card(s) will be printed. For more information on machine locations, please click here.

- What Resort lift access do I get with the 2026 Epic Australia Pass?

With your 2026 Epic Australia Pass you will enjoy unlimited and unrestricted lift access in Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham for the 2026 season, followed by access to world class resorts across North America, Japan and Europe for the 2026/27 Northern Hemisphere season (starting November/December 2026).

- If I buy the 2026 Epic Australia Pass, do I get lift access now?

No. This Pass does not include access to the remainder of the 2025 Australian winter season or the 2025/26 Northern Hemisphere winter season (November 2025 - April 2026).
The 2026 Epic Australia Pass includes to the 2026 Australian snow season (June - October 2026) followed by the 2026/27 Northern Hemisphere winter season (November 2026 - April 2027).

- What are the North American Peak Restricted Dates for the 2026/27 season?

Lift access is restricted during the below periods at the following North American resorts: Whistler Blackcomb, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood and Stowe.

Looking for extended North American resort access and the removal of Restricted Peak dates? The 2026 Epic Australia ‘Plus’ Pass upgrade includes unlimited, unrestricted lift access in all Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts in North America during the 26/27 Northern Hemisphere winter season.
- What are the European Restricted Peak Dates for the 2026/27 season?

The Epic Australia Pass does not include access in Verbier 4 Vallées, Switzerland on the following dates:
- 26 Nov, 2026 – 27 Nov, 2026
- 17 Dec, 2026 – 31 Dec, 2026
- 16 Jan, 2027
- 13 Feb, 2027 – 27 Feb, 2027

Epic Coverage
- What is Epic Coverage?

Epic Coverage is included with every 2026 Epic Australia Pass and helps you explore the mountains you love with more peace of mind. Under Epic Coverage, you may be eligible to receive a full or prorated refund of your 2026 Epic Australia Pass for certain qualifying Personal Refund Events including, job loss and injury. Refunds are subject to eligibility and are based on your Epic Coverage elections and the Epic Coverage Australia Terms.
Pass Types
- My child is under 4, how do I secure a free Infant Epic Australia Pass?

Children aged 1-4 years as at 6 June 2026 are eligible for a free Infant Epic Australia Pass.
The Infant Epic Australia Pass must be secured early through the Epic Australia Pass online shop whilst the Pass is still available online.
Note:
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate, passport or immunisation record is required to confirm eligibility; this will be requested via email following purchase.
- You will be required to purchase a Mountain Access Card with the Infant Epic Australia Pass, to enable access through the RFID gates at each lift.
- Infants must be able to approach lifts unassisted.
- What Season Pass options do I have as a Senior?

- Senior Epic Australia Pass
- Available to guests aged 65 and over as at 6 June 2026.
- Includes lift access in the 2026 Australian snow season (June – October 2026) followed by the 2026/27 Northern Hemisphere snow season (November/December 2026 – April/May 2027).
- Over 70’s Season Pass
- Available to guests aged 70 and over.
- Includes unlimited lift access in Perisher, Falls Creek & Hotham in the 2025 Australian winter season.
- Does not include Pass holder discounts, Epic Coverage, or Northern Hemisphere lift access.
Please note, the 2026 Over 70’s Season Pass will be available for purchase on the Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham online shops in early 2026.
- Senior Epic Australia Pass
- Is there an Australian Epic Military Pass option?

Although there is no Epic Australia Military Pass, guests can purchase the Epic Military Pass which is on sale through the North American Epic Pass website.
