How do I activate my Military Epic Pass for the 2023 Australian snow season?

Before your first visit to our resorts for the 2023 Australia winter season, you will need to activate your pass by completing a Release of Liability and uploading a photo to your account. Follow the steps below:

To sign your Release of Liability

• Sign in to your account
• Select "Release of Liability"
• Read and sign

To upload a photo to your account

• Sign in to your account
• Select “Upload a new photo”

Please ensure you follow these steps to activate each family member’s Military Epic Pass. 

What card should I use to access lifts for the 2023 Australian winter season?

In the lead up to the Australian winter season, 22/23 Military Epic Pass lift access is loaded into the Australian sales system for pass holders with a valid Australian mailing address listed in their US Epic Pass account. If your account did not have an Australian mailing address attached at the time of purchase, please let us know. 

The RFID scanning technology used in Australia and the Northern Hemisphere is different, this means that cards issued by the US team will not work in Australia, and vice versa.

• If you have purchased a Military Epic Pass for the first time, your new Mountain Access Card will be sent to the mailing address listed in your Australian profile in the coming months. In the event that you do not receive your Mountain Access Card prior to the season opening (June 2023), please reach out to your Guest Services team here for assistance. 

• If you are an existing Military Epic Pass holder who has purchased a 22/23 Military Epic Pass, your lift access will be automatically loaded to your profile and can be accessed using the most recent existing Epic Australia Pass card, Perisher card, Falls Creek or Hotham Snow Pass card attached to your account.
  

How do I access my Military Epic Pass benefits?

ONLINE PURCHASES:
Your Military Epic Pass lesson and rental discounts are automatically available when purchasing products through the Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham website.

To access your discounts:

• Visit the relevant online shop for your purchase - Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham
• Sign in using your Epic Australia Pass credentials
  
• Start shopping!

 

IN RESORT PURCHASES:
To use your Military Epic Pass benefits for discounts on retail products, or food and beverage at Vail Resorts Australia owned and operated outlets, simply present your Epic Australia Pass at the time of purchase.

Are Bring A Mate tickets included in my Military Epic Pass benefits?

No, the Military Epic Pass does not include Bring a Mate discounts in Australia. For your mates to secure the best price for lift tickets, make sure they buy online and in advance.

Can I purchase the Unlimited Skitube add-on for my Military Epic Pass?

Yes, to purchase Unlimited Skitube add-on please contact our Guest Services team. They will provide you with a link to complete your purchase of the Unlimited Skitube add-on for 2023.

How do I sign in to my account?

You may be wondering about the difference between a US Epic Pass account and an Epic Australia Pass account. 
 
The US Epic Pass and Epic Australia Pass sales systems are separate. As the Military Epic Pass is sold via www.epicpass.com, it sits within the US Epic Pass sales system. 
 
This means that Military Epic Pass holders will need to have an account set up in each of these systems to record your information and lift access.

• Your US Epic Pass account was used to purchase your pass via www.epicpass.com
• Your Epic Australia Pass account will be used to store your lift access for the Australian winter season.
