Pass Collection

How do I collect my 2025 Epic Australia Pass?

Epic Australia Pass lift access has been loaded directly to your online account, and accessed in 2025 using your existing Mountain Access Card/s.

If you selected a new Mountain Access Card with your Epic Australia Pass purchase, a QR code has been loaded to your account and can be located by signing in here and selecting ‘Mountain Access Cards'. Simply scan your QR Code at one of our pickup machines in resort and your card(s) will be printed. For more information on machine location, please click here.

    What Resort lift access do I get with the 2025 Epic Australia Pass?

    With your 2025 Epic Australia Pass you will enjoy unlimited and unrestricted lift access in Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham for the 2025 season, followed by access to world class resorts across North America, Japan and Europe for the 2025/26 Northern Hemisphere season (starting November/December 2025).

    What are the North American Restricted Peak Dates for the 2025/26 season?

    Lift access is restricted during the below periods at the following North American resorts: Whistler Blackcomb, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood and Stowe.

    Restricted Peak Dates:

    • 28 November – 29 November 2025
    • 19 December – 31 December 2025
    • 17 January 2026
    • 14 – 15 February 2026
    • 7 March 2026
    • 14 March 2026
    • 21 March 2026

    Looking for extended Northern Hemisphere access and the removal of Restricted Peak dates? The 2025 Epic Australia ‘Plus’ Pass upgrade includes unlimited, unrestricted lift access in all Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts in North America during the 25/26 Northern Hemisphere winter season.

    What are the European Restricted Peak Dates for the 2025/26 season?

    The Epic Australia Pass does not include access in Verbier 4 Vallées, Switzerland on the following dates:

    • 28 November – 29 November 2025
    • 26 December – 31 December 2025
    • 17 January 2026
    • 14 February – 28 February 2026
    Can I add Skitube to my Epic Australia Pass purchase?

    Yes. Want to add Unlimited Skitube to your 2025 Epic Australia Pass, Epic Australia Adaptive Pass, Epic Pass, or Epic Military Pass?

What benefits are included with the 2025 Epic Australia Pass?

Benefits for Pass holders to share with family & friends:

  • 6 Bring A Mate discount invitations: Epic Australia Pass holders will receive 6 x Bring A Mate invitations to share with mates for access to up to 50% off the same day price ('on the day') of single day lift tickets, valid across Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham.

Benefits for Pass holder personal use:

  • 20% off group and private lessons: When purchased online, in advance.
  • 20% off equipment rental: When purchased online, in advance.
  • 15% off retail purchases*:
    • Perisher: Valid at Perisher Sports outlets, Perisher Snowdome, and Slopestyle.
    • Falls Creek: Valid at Falls Creek Sports outlets, The Board Lounge, and Ski & Boot Co
    • Hotham: Valid at Hotham Sports outlets, Board Box, Pinnacle, OneTree Sports, and Ray’s Ski Shop in Myrtleford

    • Hotham: First Tracks from 7.30am on selected lifts every Wednesday to Sunday during the season.
  • Free access to Night Skiing:
    • Perisher: Select Tuesdays and Saturdays through July, August and early September.
    • Falls Creek: Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the season on Wombats Ramble, Australia’s longest green run.
    • Hotham: Wednesday and Saturdays throughout the season.

How do I access my Pass holder benefits in Australia?

Lessons & Rentals

Epic Australia Pass discounts for lessons and rentals are automatically applied to Pass holder purchases when completing your purchase online following these steps:

  • Select the resort that you are purchasing for: Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham
  • Sign in to your account at the top right hand side of the page
  • Add products to your shopping cart
  • Complete your purchase

Your discount will display on the Payment Detail & Purchase page under View Order Summary. This will show the full product total, the Epic Australia Pass benefit, and the amount due - this is at the same step where you are required to enter your payment details.

Food & Beverage and Retail Discounts

Pass holder discounts for Food & Beverage and Retail purchases are available in resort at participating outlets in Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham. To apply your discount, simply present your Mountain Access Card at a point of sale.

What benefits are included with the 2025 Epic Australia Pass for use in the Northern Hemisphere?

Epic Australia Pass Holders receive Epic Mountain Rewards when visiting Vail Resorts owned and operated Resorts in North America.

Epic Coverage

What is Epic Coverage?

Epic Coverage is included with every 2025 Epic Australia Pass and helps you explore the mountains you love with more peace of mind. Under Epic Coverage, you may be eligible to receive a full or prorated refund of your 2025 Epic Australia Pass for certain qualifying Personal Refund Events including, job loss and injury. Refunds are subject to eligibility and are based on your Epic Coverage elections and the Epic Coverage Australia Terms.

How do I submit an Epic Coverage cancellation request?

If you are impacted by a qualifying Personal Refund Event, you can submit a cancellation request online by clicking here.

For qualifying Personal Refund Events:

  • Documentation is required to substantiate your cancellation request. Documentation requirements are specific to each Personal Refund Event and must be submitted at the time of completing your online form. Please click here for more details.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days of the Personal Refund Event arising.

Pass Types

    What Season Pass options do I have as a Senior?
    • Over 70’s Season Pass
      • Available to guests aged 70 and over.
      • Includes unlimited lift access in Perisher, Falls Creek & Hotham in the 2025 Australian winter season.
      • Does not include Pass holder discounts, Epic Coverage, or Northern Hemisphere lift access.
    Is there an Australian Epic Military Pass option?

    Although there is no Epic Australia Military Pass, guests can purchase the Epic Military Pass which is on sale through the North American Epic Pass website.

     

    • The 24/25 Epic Military Pass includes lift access in the 2025 Australian winter season is off sale.
    • The 25/26 Epic Military Pass includes lift access starting with the 25/26 Northern Hemisphere winter season, followed by the 2026 Australian winter season. For more information and to complete your purchase click here.
