- What is the cancellation policy for Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchases?

Epic Coverage is included with every Epic Australia 4-Day Pass and helps you explore the mountains you love with more peace of mind.
Under Epic Coverage, you may be eligible to receive a full or prorated refund of your Pass for certain qualifying Personal Refund Events. Refunds are subject to eligibility and are based on your Epic Coverage elections and Epic Coverage Terms and Conditions.

- My plans have changed; can I transfer my Pass purchase to another person?

No. The Epic Australia 4-Day Pass is a non-cancellable, non-refundable product, except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law and in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage – Australia terms). Use of a Pass or payment for a Pass cannot be transferred or deferred to a future season.
Pass Collection
- How do I collect my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

Epic Australia 4-Day Pass lift access has been loaded directly to your online account, and accessed in 2025 using your existing Mountain Access Card/s.
If you select a new Mountain Access Card with your Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchase, a QR code has been loaded to your account and can be located by signing in here and selecting ‘Mountain Access Cards'. Simply scan your QR Code at one of our pickup machines in resort and your card(s) will be printed. For more information on machine location, please click here.

- What Resort lift access do I get with the 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

With the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass you get 4 days combined lift access at these Australian resorts in the 2025 winter season:
Whether it’s a full day of riding or a quick afternoon lap – if you scan your Pass at the lifts, that counts as 1 of your 4 days.
- Are there any restricted access dates for the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

No. The 4 days of lift access included with the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass can be used at any time within the 2025 Australian winter season at Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham.
- Do the 4 days need to be consecutive, or can I use then whenever I want throughout the season?

The 4 days of lift access included with the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass can be used at any time within the 2025 Australian winter season at Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham. Ski or ride 4 days in a row or spread the days out, the choice is yours!
- Do I have to use the 4 days all at the same resort?

No. You are able to use your 4 days all at the same resort or explore each of our 3 Resorts on different days - the choice is yours! You will not be required to notify us of which resort or resorts you plan to visit and when, to ensure that you have the ultimate flexibility in making your travel plans in 2025.
- Do I get Northern Hemisphere access with the 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

No. The Epic Australia 4-Day Pass is only valid for use in Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham during the 2025 Australian winter season.
- Can I add Skitube to my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchase?

- Is there a discount on lift tickets once I've used all my days on my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

Epic Australia 4-Day Pass holders will have access to the 7-day advanced purchase rate for Lift Tickets at any time during the 2025 Australian winter season, including when purchased on the same day as the lift access is required.

Benefits are for the personal use of the Pass holder and cannot be used to purchase products for friends and family:
- 20% off group and private lessons: When purchased online, in advance.
- 20% off equipment rental: When purchased online, in advance.
- 15% off retail purchases:
- Perisher: Valid at Perisher Sports outlets, Perisher Snowdome, and Slopestyle.
- Falls Creek: Valid at Falls Creek Sports outlets, The Board Lounge, and Ski & Boot Co
- Hotham: Valid at Hotham Sports outlets, Board Box, Pinnacle, OneTree Sports, and Ray’s Ski Shop in Myrtleford
- 15% off at owned food and beverage outlets:
- Perisher: Participating outlets include the Blue Cow Bistro, Holy Cow, Blue Cow BBQ, Subarista, Ski Rock Café, Jax Bar, Base Grind, Yama Bar, Powder Inn, The Burning Log, Snow Gums Restaurant, and all food and beverage outlets at The Station.
- Hotham: The Bird
- 15% off accommodation at The Station in Jindabyne. Discount only valid on motel rooms.
- Free access to 4 days First Tracks:
- Perisher: First Tracks from 7:30am on selected lifts every Saturday and Sunday during July and August.
- Hotham: First Tracks from 7.30am on selected lifts every Wednesday to Sunday during the season.
- Free access to 4 nights of Night Skiing*:
- Perisher: Select Tuesdays and Saturdays through July, August and early September.
- Falls Creek: Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the season on Wombats Ramble, Australia’s longest green run.
- Hotham: Wednesday and Saturdays throughout the season.
Note: The Epic Australia 4-Day Pass does not include the Bring A Mate benefit.
*When night skiing is operating it is included for free on the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass if you have already skied or boarded that day. Otherwise, night skiing still counts as one of the 4 combined days of lift access if you haven’t used a lift earlier that day. - How do I access my Pass holder benefits?

Lessons & Rentals
Epic Australia Pass discounts for lessons and rentals are automatically applied to Pass holder purchases when completing your purchase online following these steps:
- Select the resort that you are purchasing for: Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham
- Sign in to your account at the top right hand side of the page
- Add products to your shopping cart
- Complete your purchase
Your discount will display on the Payment Detail & Purchase page under View Order Summary. This will show the full product total, the Epic Australia Pass benefit, and the amount due - this is at the same step where you are required to enter your payment details.
Food & Beverage and Retail Discounts
Pass holder discounts for Food & Beverage and Retail purchases are available in resort at participating outlets in Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham. To apply your discount, simply present your Mountain Access Card at a point of sale.
- Can I use my benefits and discounts for other people?

No. Epic Australia 4-Day Pass benefits and discounts are available only for Pass holders and not for non-Pass holder family and friends. When you assign a product during the online purchase process, the system will recognise if that person has an eligible Pass and will automatically apply the applicable discount.
- What is Epic Coverage?

Epic Coverage is included with every 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass and helps you explore the mountains you love with more peace of mind. Under Epic Coverage, you may be eligible to receive a full or prorated refund of your 2025 Epic Australia Pass for certain qualifying Personal Refund Events including, job loss and injury. Refunds are subject to eligibility and are based on your Epic Coverage elections and the Epic Coverage Australia Terms.
- How do I submit an Epic Coverage cancellation request?

If you are impacted by a qualifying Personal Refund Event, you can submit a cancellation request online by clicking here.
For qualifying Personal Refund Events:
- Documentation is required to substantiate your cancellation request. Documentation requirements are specific to each Personal Refund Event and must be submitted at the time of completing your online form. Please click here for more details.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days of the Personal Refund Event arising.
