EPIC COVERAGE 2020

Epic Coverage was offered to all 2020 Epic Australia Pass purchasers.Under Epic Coverage, you are eligible to receive a full or prorated refund of your pass purchase for a range of qualifying personal events and covered resorts closures (subject to eligibility and depending on your nominated coverage preferences).

IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING HAPPENS OVER THE COURSE OF THE SEASON, YOU WILL GET A FULL OR PRORATED REFUND*

PERSONAL EVENTS

  • Job loss
  • Stay-at-home order from state or country
  • Injury, sickness, death
  • Student transfer
  • Pregnancy
  • Visa rejection
  • Jury duty
  • Military service
  • Employment transfer and more

RESORT CLOSURE

  • Disease (eg. COVID-19)
  • War
  • Terrorism
  • Specific natural disasters

HOW DO I SUBMIT AN EPIC COVERAGE REFUND REQUEST?

If I have a qualifying personal event, how do I request a refund?

We hope you got the most out of your Epic Australia Pass purchase this season, but in the unfortunate event that a qualifying personal event occured in your life, we have a dedicated team set up to assist you. The process to request a refund is:

Submit a refund request by emailing a representative at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please ensure you include:

  1. Name
  2. Personal event category that you believe that you are eligible to claim under
  3. Documentation to support your claim (e.g. medical certificate)

Your refund request will be validated and the refund calculation under the Epic Coverage refund policy will be determined. A refund will be processed to the card used in your original purchase and confirmation of the refund payment sent to you by email.

Please note: You must submit your refund request within 30 days of the occurrence of your qualifying personal event to be eligible for a refund under the Epic Coverage refund policy.

Can I go to a resort ticket office or call your call centre to get a refund under Epic Coverage?

No. You can initiate a refund request for personal events by emailing an Epic Australia Pass team member at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 30 days of the qualifying personal event. For a resort closure, we will post a notice on the Epic Coverage page on epicaustraliapass.com.au and will include an online form for you to submit a refund request.
