Highlights: Winter 2025 (So Far!)

Winter 2025 has already shaped up to be one for the books! Multiple snowstorms have rolled through, bluebird skies have kept the vibes high, and every turn has been better than the last.

From chasing first lifts and carving fresh corduroy, to sharing après laughs with mates as the sun dips behind the peaks, this season has been delivering it all. Check out some highlights below.

Perisher

What a season it’s been already! Winter kicked off with a bang and the brand-new Mt P 6 Chairlift started spinning in late June, delivering faster laps, more vertical, and easier access to some of Perisher’s favourite terrain. By early August, with all four resort areas open and the Olympic T-Bar joining the party, we hit a major milestone — all 47 lifts turning across Perisher!

Falls Creek

Winter has been delivering at Falls Creek! After back to back snowstorms in June and into July, Falls Creek became the first resort in Victoria to open 100% of terrain this season. Skiers and boarders have enjoyed endless bluebird days, the village has been blanketed in snow, and night skiing on Australia’s longest green run has been a family favourite!

Hotham

Winter has been action-packed at Hotham! With all lifts spinning, the mountain has been buzzing with on-snow competitions, après events, and endless laps for skiers and boarders of every level. Orchard opened for the first time this season, giving riders access to some of Hotham’s best intermediate and advanced terrain. Hotham also hosted the Freeride World Tour Qualifier for the second year in a row!
