Pass holders can earn exclusive stickers when they hit key milestones on the mountain across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham in the 2025 season! All you need to do is ride your way to the milestones below, and you'll be eligible to collect the goods.

10 Days

Skied or boarded 10 days combined across any of Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham this season? You've earned your first milestone sticker. Welcome to the 10 Day Club.

25 Days

Hit 25 days on the slopes this winter and unlock your next reward! 

All 3 Resorts

Scanned at each of Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham this season? That calls for your official Peak Pioneer sticker!

 

Where to Collect Your Sticker

To redeem your sticker, simply show your Mountain Access Card and the milestone email you received at one of the Guest Services locations listed below. Strictly 1x sticker per person.

Perisher -  Perisher Valley Guest Services or Smiggin Holes Guest Services between 12pm - 4pm.

Falls Creek - Guest Services staff at Falls Creek Sports, Slalom Plaza between 12pm - 4pm.

Hotham - Guest Services at Hotham Central between 12pm - 4pm.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know when I’ve hit a milestone?

You’ll get an email from us when you hit 10 days, 25 days or scan at all 3 resorts. Make sure your contact details are up to date and that you’re opted in to Epic Australia Pass communications so we can reach you!

What if I can’t collect my sticker in person this season?

No worries! If you’ve hit a milestone and can’t make it to Guest Services before the season ends, we’ll post your sticker to you after the season wraps. Make sure your address is up to date. The sticker will be sent to the address listed under the ‘Head of Household.’

Do I need to show anything to collect my sticker?

Yes. You’ll need to show your Mountain Access Card and the milestone email we sent you confirming that you’ve hit 10 days, 25 days or skied all 3 resorts.

I didn’t get an email but I’ve skied or boarded 10 days or more with an Epic Australia Pass. Can I still collect a sticker?

Yes. Guest Services Staff will be able to confirm how many days you have skied.

Can I collect all 3 stickers?

Absolutely. If you hit all 3 milestones: 10 days, 25 days and scanned at all 3 resorts, you’ll earn all 3 stickers.

What happens if I lose my sticker?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer replacements. Treat them like collector’s items, once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Are stickers available for 4-Day Pass holders?

Yes. If you have a 4-Day Pass, and still hit the 10 day milestone by purchasing lift tickets, you are eligible to collect a sticker.

Can I collect a sticker on behalf of someone else?

You can only collect a sticker for yourself or anyone within your household that has hit the milestone.

Can I pick up my sticker outside the listed collection times?

Stickers are only available during the collection window (12pm – 4pm) at each Guest Services location. Plan ahead and swing by during those hours, and please make sure you have your Mountain Access Card and email ready to show staff.

Can I collect a sticker if I’ve skied 10 days, but don’t have an Epic Australia Pass?

No, stickers are currently exclusive to Epic Australia Pass holders only.
