Purchase and Payment
- I have paid $49 upfront, when do I pay the rest?

The final balance payment will be charged in the week commencing 29 April 2024 to the nominated card in your Epic Australia Pass account.
$49 UPFRONT AGREEMENT
According to the Terms and Conditions of the 2024 Epic Australia Pass, by paying the initial payment of $49 you acknowledge that you understand you are committing to buy the Epic Australia Pass for the 2024 Australian winter season and the 2024/25 Northern Hemisphere winter season, and that the credit card you provide is authorised for payment of the remaining balance of your purchase in the week commencing 29 April 2024.
Except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage Terms), the Epic Australia Pass is a non-cancellable, non-refundable purchase. The Epic Australia Pass is personal to you (and all payments made to purchase it) cannot be transferred or deferred to a future season.

No, by paying the initial upfront payment of $49 you acknowledge that you understand you are committing to complete your purchase of the 2024 the Epic Australia Pass. The $49 upfront payment, as well as the balance, is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

- How do I make my final balance payment before the payment deadline?
- To complete your final balance payment prior to the 29 April deadline, follow these steps:
- Click here to sign into your Epic Australia Pass account
- Select Purchases & Payment Plans and then Payment Plans
- Select View Order Details
- Click on the Select to Pay circle to the right of each Pass holder name and then select Pay Now
- How do I update my credit card details before the final balance payment?
- To update your credit card details prior to the 29 April payment date, please follow these steps:
- Click here to sign into your Epic Australia Pass account
- Select Payment Methods
- Enter new card details and then Update
Pass Collection
- How will I collect my 2024 Epic Australia Pass?

All Epic Australia Pass lift access will be loaded directly into your online account once final balance payment is complete, and can be accessed in 2024 using your existing Mountain Access Card/s.
If you selected a new Mountain Access Card with your Epic Australia Pass purchase, a QR code has been loaded into your account and can be located on your order confirmation email or by signing in here and selecting 'Lift Pass QR Codes'. Simply scan your QR Code at one of our ticket pick up machines in resort and your card(s) will be printed. For more information on collection points, please click here.

- What Resort lift access do I get with a 2024 Epic Australia Pass?

With your 2024 Epic Australia Pass you will enjoy unlimited and unrestricted lift access in Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham for the 2024 season, followed by access to world class resorts across North America, Japan and Europe for the 2024/25 Northern Hemisphere season.

- What are North American Restricted Peak Dates for the 2024/25 season?

Lift access is restricted during the below periods at the following North American resorts: Whistler Blackcomb, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood and Stowe.

- What options do I have for adding Skitube to my Epic Australia Pass?

You can select the Epic Australia Pass Skitube Add-On during the purchase process to access to unlimited Skitube travel to and from Perisher Valley throughout the 2024 season.

- Does the Epic Australia Pass purchase price include Resort Entry fees?

No. Resort and National Park Entry passes are purchased directly from the facilitating organisation. Pricing and information specific to the resort that you are visiting can be found below:

- How will I access my 2024 Epic Australia Pass benefits?

Epic Australia Pass benefits are automatically available once you have finalised the purchase of your 2024 Epic Australia Pass, and the relevant products are available for purchase online – this is anticipated to be around late April 2024.

Epic Coverage
- What is Epic Coverage?

Epic Coverage is included with every 2024 Epic Australia Pass and helps you explore the mountains you love with more peace of mind. Under Epic Coverage, you may be eligible to receive a full or prorated refund of your 2024 Epic Australia Pass for certain qualifying events including, job loss and injury, as well as some COVID-19 related scenarios. Refunds are subject to eligibility and are based on your Epic Coverage elections and the Epic Coverage Terms and Conditions.
- Why do I need to tailor my Epic Coverage?

We know that everyone’s travel plans are different. While some people may choose to visit our resorts once during the season for a long period, others may choose to visit multiple times for different durations.

- How do I submit an Epic Coverage cancellation request?

If you are impacted by a qualifying Personal Refund Event, you must submit a cancellation request online by clicking here.
For qualifying Personal Refund Events:
- Documentation is required to substantiate your cancellation request. Documentation requirements are specific to each Personal Refund Event and must be submitted at the time of completing your online form. Please click here for more details.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 days of when your Personal Refund Event occurs.

Pass Types
- What are the Epic Australia Pass age categories?

Age categories are based on the age that the Pass holder will be on 8 June 2024:
Adult 18 – 64 years
Child 5 – 17 years
Infant 1 – 4 years
Senior 65 years and over
The Over 70’s resort-based Season Pass for Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham is available for purchase now.
Note: The Over 70’s Season Pass is not part of the Epic Australia Pass program, does not include Epic Coverage and will only provide access to Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham.
- Is there an Australian Military Epic Pass option?

Although there is no Epic Australia Military Pass, guests can purchase the Epic Military Pass which is on sale through the North American Epic Pass website.
- The 23/24 Military Epic Pass providing lift access in the 2024 Australian winter season went off sale on Sunday 3 December 2023.
- The 24/25 Military Epic Pass providing lift access in the 2025 Australian winter season is now on sale. For more information and to complete your purchase, click here.
As the Military Epic Pass is sold and administered by the U.S. Epic Pass team via www.epicpass.com, all communication regarding purchase support and eligibility should be directed to that team via seasonpass@vailresorts.com. Unfortunately, the Epic Australia Pass team does not have access to the US sales system and is unable to assist in the purchase process.
- How do I activate my 23/24 US Epic Pass or Epic Military Pass for use in the 2024 Australian winter season?

Before your first visit to our resorts for the 2024 Australian winter season, you will need to activate your Pass by completing an Australian resorts Release of Liability and uploading a photo to your profile.
To sign your Release of Liability:
