What payment options are available for my 2026 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

$49 upfront
- Payment using nominated credit card
- The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the nominated card in the week commencing Monday 4 May 2026
- If you would prefer to use PayPal Pay in 4* for the final balance, you will need to set this up in your Epic Australia Pass account before 4 May 2026
Pay in Full upfront
- Payment using credit card, or via PayPal Pay in 4*

Note: *PayPal Pay in 4 is a continuing credit contract provided by PayPal Credit Pty Limited (ABN 66 600 629 258; Australian Credit Licence number 568848) to Australian residents and is subject to eligibility criteria, credit application and suitability assessment. PayPal Pay in 4 is available on eligible transactions under $2,000 AUD and application and use may impact a customer's credit score. I paid $49 upfront, when do I pay the rest?

Your remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card on file in the week commencing Monday 4 May 2026.

Note: Except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law and in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage - Australia Terms) the $49 upfront payment upfront payment, as well as the balance, is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

I paid $49 upfront, can I cancel my purchase if I change my mind?

No. By paying the initial upfront payment of $49, you acknowledge your understanding that you are committing to complete your purchase of the 2026 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass.

$49 UPFRONT AGREEMENT

By paying your initial payment for your Pass, you understand and acknowledge that you are committing to buy and complete payment (in full) for the Pass for the 2026 Australian Season and, for the Epic Australia Pass and the Epic Australia Adaptive Pass only, the 2026-2027 Northern Hemisphere season. You understand and acknowledge that when purchasing the Pass with an initial payment, (i) you are committing to, and are obliged to, make payment of the remaining balance when due and (ii) agree and you represent that the debit or credit card you provide will be authorised and remain authorised for payment of the remaining balance of your purchase on or about 4 May 2026 or a later date as communicated by us.

The Epic Australia Pass, the Epic Australia Adaptive Pass and the Epic Australia Day Passes are non-cancellable, non-refundable products, except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law and in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage - Australia Terms). Use of a Pass or payment for a Pass cannot be transferred to another person or deferred to a future season.

Can I make partial payments toward my 2026 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

You have the option to complete your final balance payment before the 4 May 2026 due date with PayPal Pay in 4 by following these steps:

Click on the 'Select to Pay' circle on the right of the page and then select 'Go to Checkout'
In Step 5 of the checkout process, select 'PayPal Pay in 4' as your payment method

Can I transfer my Pass purchase to someone else or decide who to assign it to later?

No. Passes must be assigned to a specific Pass holder at the time of purchase. They cannot be transferred or shared following purchase.

Pass Collection

How do I collect my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

Epic Australia 4-Day Pass lift access has been loaded directly to your online account, and accessed in 2025 using your existing Mountain Access Card/s.

If you select a new Mountain Access Card with your Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchase, a QR code will be loaded to your account and can be located by signing in here and selecting ‘Mountain Access Cards'. Simply scan your QR Code at one of our pickup machines in resort and your card(s) will be printed. For more information on machine locations, please click here.

What Resort lift access do I get with the 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

With the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass you get 4 days combined lift access at these Australian resorts in the 2025 winter season:

Note: Whether it’s a full day of riding or a quick afternoon lap – if you scan your Pass at the lifts, that counts as 1 of your 4 days.

Are there any restricted access dates for the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

No. The 4 days of lift access included with the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass can be used at any time within the 2026 Australian winter season at Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham.

Do the 4 days need to be consecutive, or can I use them whenever I want throughout the season?

The 4 days of lift access included with the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass can be used at any time within the 2026 Australian winter season at Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham. Ski or ride 4 days in a row or spread the days out, the choice is yours!

Do I have to use the 4 days all at the same resort?

No. You are able to use your 4 days all at the same resort or explore each of our 3 Resorts on different days - the choice is yours! You will not be required to notify us of which resort or resorts you plan to visit and when, to ensure that you have the ultimate flexibility in making your travel plans in 2026.

Is there a discount on Lift Tickets once I’ve used all days on my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

Epic Australia 4-Day Pass holders will have access to the 7-day advanced purchase rate for Lift Tickets at any time during the 2026 Australian winter season, including when purchased on the same day as the lift access is required.

Can I add Skitube to my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchase?

Yes. Already secured your 2026 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass and want to purchase the Skitube Add On? Please contact the Epic Australia Pass team here for more information and a link to complete your purchase.

The Skitube Add-On for Epic Australia 4-Day Pass will provide you with 4 days of Skitube access in the 2026 winter season, with 1 return trip between Bullocks Flat and Perisher Valley on each of those 4 days. The 4 days of Skitube access would not need to be used on the same days that you plan to use the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass lift access and can be used on any 4 days of your choice in the 2026 winter season.

If I buy the 2026 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass, do I get lift access now?

No. This Pass does not include the remainder of the 2025 Australian winter season.

The 2026 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass includes the 2026 Australian snow season (June - October 2026).

Free access to 4 days First Tracks:
- Perisher: First Tracks from 7:30am on selected lifts every Saturday and Sunday during July and August.
- Hotham: First Tracks from 7.30am on selected lifts every Wednesday to Sunday during the season.
Free access to 4 nights of Night Skiing**:
- Perisher: Select Tuesdays and Saturdays through July, August and early September.
- Falls Creek: Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the season on Wombats Ramble, Australia’s longest green run.
- Hotham: Wednesday and Saturdays throughout the season.

Note: The Epic Australia 4-Day Pass does not include the Bring A Mate benefit.

**When night skiing is operating it is included for free on the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass if you have already skied or boarded that day. Otherwise, night skiing still counts as one of the 4 combined days of lift access if you haven’t used a lift earlier that day.

Can I use my benefits and discounts for other people?

No. Epic Australia 4-Day Pass benefits and discounts are available only for Pass holders and not for non-Pass holder family and friends. When you assign a product during the online purchase process, the system will recognise if that person has an eligible Pass and will automatically apply the discount.
