Get ready for a winter to remember! You’ve unlocked unlimited and unrestricted lift access at Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham - as well as access to great savings at our Snowsport Schools, rental locations, retail stores and more.

Before you hit the slopes, be sure to complete the following:

Upload a Photo to your account

• Ensure all family members with Epic Australia Passes have a recent photo on their account
• Your photo will be stored in your account and used for identification purposes in resort

Make your Epic Coverage Elections

1. Complete for all family members with an Epic Australia Pass by the earlier of:
   1. Your first scan for the 2023 season at Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham, or
   2. 15 June 2023
2. Visit our Help Centre for more information on how to make your Epic Coverage Elections.

Complete Pass Verification

• Required for Infant Epic Australia Pass and Epic Australia Adaptive Pass
• Respond to Guest Services email with requested documentation to activate your pass

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to validate/activate my pass in resort?

Your 2023 Epic Australia Pass lift access is automatically loaded onto your Card and does not need to be validated or activated at a Guest Services office in resort.

Simply head straight to the lift on arrival and start shredding!

Why did my family members get a Mountain Access Card and I didn't?

Mountain Access Cards are mailed out to all new Epic Australia Pass holders.

Lift access for existing Epic Australia Pass holders is loaded directly to their account and accessed using their existing Epic Australia Pass card, Perisher card, Falls Creek or Hotham Snow Pass card once final payment is received. Existing pass holders will not receive a new Mountain Access Card in the mail each year.

Need a new Mountain Access Card? Replacement Mountain Access Cards can be purchased online at any of our 3 online shops (Perisher, Hotham and Falls Creek) at cost of $5 and can be collected from one of our Lift Ticket Pick Up machine locations in resort.

How do I access my Epic Australia Pass benefits?

Online Purchases:

Your Epic Australia Pass lesson and rental discounts are automatically available online once you have completed purchase of your pass and the relevant products are available for purchase online through the Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham website.

To access your discounts:

• Visit the relevant online shop for your purchase - Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham
• Sign in using your Epic Australia Pass credentials
• Start shopping!

In Resort Purchases:

To use your Epic Australia Pass benefits for discounts on retail products, or food and beverage at Vail Resorts Australia owned and operated outlets, simply present your Epic Australia Pass at the time of purchase.

To access your 15% discount on accommodation at the Station, Jindabyne, please reach out to our Guest Services team for more information and a link to your unique discount code.

How do I access my Bring A Mate discounts?

Bring A Mate invitations will be accessed through your Epic Australia Pass account in the lead up to the 2023 Australian winter season coinciding with the release of lift ticket products on the Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham websites in early 2023.

Important information on your Bring A Mate benefits: 

 

• Bring A Mate invitations can be sent to any mates of your choice - all 6 to the same person or each one to a different mate - the choice is yours!
• Each invitation entitles your mate to a discounted single day lift ticket - if your mate wants to ski or ride for multiple days, they will need to use a separate invitation for each day, purchased in separate transactions.
